The Mitchell Entrepreneur of the Year Award is designed to endure — a physical testament to a life's work in enterprise. Crystal for clarity of vision. Gold for the standard achieved. Emerald for the growth left in its wake.

Five design directions have been commissioned for the committee's selection. The final piece will be hand-finished and engraved with the recipient's name and year of distinction.
